Gandhi Signe
Attorney at Law
My name is Gandhi Signe. I am licensed in Texas and authorized to practice immigration and naturalization law in all 50 states and U.S. territories. I am an English-French bilingual attorney based in Maryland and my practice focuses on assisting clients in obtaining work permits, lawful permanent resident status (green card), visas, humanitarian relief, naturalization and citizenship.
As an immigrant who started a new life in the United States and was awarded many opportunities, I decided to dedicate my legal practice to help other immigrants navigate through the complexity of the American immigration system and get the successful experience possible.
I have been practicing immigration law since 2017. I am committed to a personalized and client-based approach. This is part of our mission at Signe Law, which I founded to overcome the challenges of previous immigration services that would not value their clients or empathize with their situation. I saw so many immigrants complaining that they were not able to get in touch with their attorney and, even when they would, communication was a major barrier, with so many legal jargons/ technical terms; lack of attention to details was also among the top faults experienced.
In contrast, I am an effective and compassionate lawyer, equipped with tested problem-solving skills and a distinguished capacity for listening to my clients and attend to their needs, building the best legal case for them. Accordingly, I prioritize the best interests of my clients throughout all stages of my practice, with efficiency and passion.
Passionate about immigration law and intimately familiar with the immigration process from both the client and attorney perspective, I understand the personal difficulties of immigration of my clients and the cultural landscape of where they come from. I bring honesty, compassion, determination, and enthusiasm to my clients’ cases as if they were family.
Regardless of the location, I am dedicated to help my clients achieve their dream in the United States by providing them with clarity of complex immigration procedures and a realistic assessment of the results that can be achieved so they can make an informed decision about how to proceed and build a stronger future.
I graduated from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law (Norman, Oklahoma) in 2015, and I am a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas. I am also a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association (TYLA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)—the official organization of immigration lawyers in the U.S.
